Synopsis[]
Virginia deals with insubordination in the clinic, and continues to try to reunite with Bill, despite his pulling away; Helen goes into labor and Betty is left dealing with the aftermath of her in-laws abrupt exit and an unforeseen tragedy.

It is said multiple times that this episode is set a week after the previous one, which would set it in July 1969. However, it is also said that only a month has passed since Art and Nancy joined the clinic in Inventory (which was Oct./Nov. 1968).

"Family Only" received very positive reviews, many praising the twist ending, and many considered it to be one of the best of the season, along with "Coats or Keys" and "Outliers".
